Aliyah Tuansi
Co-founder & CPO
As a second-generation immigrant who moved to Northern Ireland at 5 years old due to political conflict, I have lived experiences of the struggles facing young people making this country their new home. My story belongs to the collective immigrant story: we move to aim for a better life and future. Today, I have focused my career on creating social change. Locally, I have restructured and led the Youth Service for GLOW NI, providing mental health programmes for marginalised young women, and helped establish Extern’s Refugee and Asylum Seeker service. Globally, I serve as a social action consultant, developing mental health, education, and community development programmes for grassroots NGOs across Southeast Asia, India, and indigenous communities in the Amazon.
Jackie Krall
Senior Sporting DirectorJackie’s journey into youth sports began over several years ago when she first discovered athletics as a way to find balance amidst the demands of a high-stress corporate career. After experiencing the profound physical and mental benefits of running, she decided to leave her job and dedicate herself fully to the practice.
Driven her love for the transformative power of running, Jackie decided to make the move from weekend athlete to running coach. Her vision was to create a space where she might instruct children in a way that allows them discover themselves through athletics.
